Your information is securely stored in either our OneDrive or our email marketing system – Mailerlite.

We retain your data for the following time periods depending on your relationship with us:

Client Data – 7 years from the end of our contract to work together

Supplier Data – 7 years from the data of supply

Prospect Data – 1 year from the date of enquiry

Marketing Data – until you withdraw consent

We will then dispose your information by deleting it fully from all electronic systems.
