How we work?

When you are looking for business support, it is important that you understand the process of getting started working with us. We try to keep this as simple as possible – after all you have enough to do and the reason you are looking for support is to save you time!

We have a 5 step process from consult call to kickstart call and it goes like this:

Step 1: Consult Call – a chance for us to find out more about you and your business and assess if we are the right fit for each other. As we work holistically we need to ensure that we can both provide you with the practical support you need and that we feel we can fit energetically with you.

Step 2: Proposal – if we decide to move forward after the consult call we will send you a full proposal outlining the work we have agreed to support and the costs involved – this may be further calls to strategise and plan, practical steps to help you move forward and will include either a fixed project fee or a fixed monthly fee.

Step 3: Contracting – whilst we want to work holistically we also need to be practical and ensure that we have an agreement to work in place – this starts by you completing a short online form to let us have the information we need for our agreements. We then draw these up – they come in two or three parts depending on the type of support we are providing:

  1. Terms and Conditions – these are our general terms for working together and cover us for GDPR
  2. Booking Form – this outlines the support we will be providing along with the costs.
  3. Data Processing Form – if we will be processing personal data on your behalf (we do this for most clients) we will need to complete this form to ensure that we comply with GDPR

Whilst these documents can be daunting we are here to support you through this and the signing process is really slick as we use HelloSign which is an electronic system that guides you through the process and emails you the final signed agreement for your records at the end.

Step 4: Kick Start Call – this is our initial call where we discuss what systems we need access to, agree our key priorities and ensure we have everything we need to get started on the work we are doing for you.

Step 5: Implementation and Review – this is when we start to work for you and over the first 2 months we will have regular calls to ensure that we are all happy with how things are going – these will be at least once a fortnight. These calls are really important as they will enable us to discuss any teething problems and ensure that we are all happy.
